With this excellent Engine Shed kit, have your trains at the ready for entering overnight stops and repairs. Featuring large double doors at both ends along with brass hinges. This highly detailed kit includes four large smoke stacks standing aloft and can be built as a roof off design for quick access to the interior. Interior roof beams add to the realism and there is no stopping the enthusiast installing one of our 12 volt led kits to enhance an already fabulous kit.

I bought the engine shed back last year and started construction, but life got in the way, and I also needed to create a loco yard on The South Buckinghamshire Light Railway. With yard completed and then thrown into isolation because of this virus, I have moved to complete the kit. It s extremely comprehensive and detailed, but easy to put together. The level of detail is excellent and there are so many little pieces - fire buckets, signs - exquisite hinges for the doors - that it encourages you take time to complete. Having said that, it could be put together really fast if you wanted to skip some of the detail. It looks superb and once I finish weathering and then varnishing it will take pride of place. It s an excellent kit and encourages me to to add the station building and signal box very soon.
